New build houses, apartments and extra care homes for Orbit Homes on a former cattle market site in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon – 189 mixed-tenure homes across affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale.

This scheme brought a small collection of new homes to Great Alne, combining traditional Warwickshire materials and detailing with modern construction standards throughout. Working closely with the developer from groundworks through to handover, the team delivered a mix of house types finished to a high specification, in keeping with the character of the surrounding village.
